PROCOVERSTOCK AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
Effective December 15, 2025
The Procoverstock Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”) allows eligible participants to earn referral-based commissions for introducing new contributors or customers to the Procoverstock platform.
These Affiliate Program Terms form part of the contractual relationship between you (“Affiliate”, “you”) and Procoverstock.com (“Procoverstock”, “we”, “us”).
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1.1. The Affiliate Program is a marketing and referral incentive program.
1.2. Affiliate commissions are paid solely for successful referrals and do not constitute:
• royalties;
• license fees;
• consideration for intellectual property;
• compensation for creative or professional services.
1.3. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any partnership, agency, employment or joint venture relationship between you and Procoverstock.
2. AFFILIATE CONTRIBUTOR PROGRAM
2.1. Eligibility
You may participate in the Affiliate Contributor Program if:
• you are a registered and active Procoverstock Contributor;
• your Contributor account is in good standing;
• you have an approved library of Graphic Designs.
There is no requirement that your own Graphic Designs have generated sales prior to participation.
2.2. Referral Commission
If you refer a new Contributor to Procoverstock and that Contributor identifies you as the referring party via the Affiliate Registration Form, you will be entitled to receive an Affiliate Contributor Commission equal to 5% of Net Sale Volume generated by that referred Contributor.
The commission applies to eligible customer purchases of licenses for Graphic Designs uploaded by the referred Contributor for a period of three (3) years following the referred Contributor’s first sale.
2.3. Payment Schedule
Affiliate Contributor Commissions are calculated monthly and paid automatically on or around the 15th day of the following month. No manual request is required.
3. AFFILIATE CUSTOMER PROGRAM
3.1. Eligibility
You may participate in the Affiliate Customer Program if you are a registered Procoverstock Customer or Contributor.
3.2. Referral Commission
If you refer a customer to Procoverstock and that customer identifies you as the referring party via the Affiliate Registration Form, you will be entitled to receive an Affiliate Customer Commission equal to 10% of Net Sale Volume generated by that referred customer.
The commission applies to eligible purchases made by the referred customer for a period of one (1) year following the customer’s first purchase.
3.3. Payment Schedule and Holding Period
Affiliate Customer Commissions are calculated monthly and paid automatically on or around the 15th day of the following month.
Procoverstock reserves the right to withhold Affiliate Customer Commission payments for up to ninety (90) days where required by payment processors (including PayPal or Stripe) for chargeback prevention, buyer protection or fraud review purposes.
4. APPLICATION AND TRACKING
4.1. Participation in the Affiliate Program requires submission of the Affiliate Registration Form.
4.2. Affiliate tracking is based on Procoverstock’s internal systems and records, which shall be final and binding in the event of any dispute.
5. TAXES
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes, duties or levies arising from Affiliate Commissions received under this Affiliate Program. Procoverstock does not withhold taxes unless required by applicable law.
6. TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION
6.1. Procoverstock may suspend or terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the program.
6.2. Procoverstock reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
7. NO GUARANTEE
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any minimum commissions or earnings.
