The platform connects independent designers (“Contributors”) with businesses (“Customers”) such as notebook manufacturers, stationery brands, publishers, and print service providers.
Customers can license ready-to-use designs via:
Pay-per-download purchases, or
Membership subscription plans with discounted pricing.
Designers can upload original content and earn commissions from licensed downloads.
“Royalty-free” means you pay once per license and may use the design multiple times within the scope of the license, without recurring royalties or usage-based fees.
Royalty-free does not mean:
free of charge, or
ownership transfer, or
unlimited resale rights.

One-Time Membership: valid for 30 calendar days
Monthly Membership: recurring until canceled
Membership discounts typically range from 20% to 40%, depending on the plan.

Invoices are issued automatically based on your account details.
Yes. You may license designs for use by your client as part of a project or service.
If the same design is used for multiple clients, a separate license is required for each client use.
You may not:
resell, sublicense, or redistribute designs as standalone files;
claim authorship of the original design;
use designs in a way that violates applicable laws or license restrictions.
All permitted uses are defined in the RF License Agreement.

Monthly Memberships can be canceled at any time from your account.
Please cancel at least 72 hours before renewal.
One-Time Memberships expire automatically after 30 days.
Previously downloaded designs remain licensed.

Approved designs appear in your Published content section.
We recommend uploading older content first and newer content later to improve visibility in Contributor stores and search results.
Contributors earn a 50% commission from the Net Sale Volume of licensed downloads.
Net Sale Volume means the amount actually received by Procoverstock from the Customer after discounts, refunds and chargebacks, if they occurred.
Earnings are calculated monthly
Payments are issued automatically around the 15th day of the following month
Minimum payout thresholds:
USD 35 — electronic payments (e.g. PayPal)
USD 500 — bank transfer or cryptocurrency
Unpaid balances roll over.
If PayPal is unavailable, payouts can be made via bank transfer or cryptocurrency, subject to the applicable minimum threshold.
Yes. You may remove content at any time.
Designs previously licensed by Customers remain available to them, but will no longer be offered for new licenses.
Yes. Your Display Name is shown publicly.
Your legal or business name is used privately for payouts and compliance purposes.
English is strongly recommended to ensure discoverability.
You may include additional keywords in your native language, provided the total keyword count remains reasonable.
Pricing is managed by Procoverstock to ensure consistency and fairness across the marketplace.

The Procoverstock Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new Customers or Contributors to Procoverstock. When someone you refer makes qualifying purchases or sales, you receive a percentage-based commission.
Procoverstock offers two affiliate programs:
Affiliate Contributor Program – for referring new Contributors
Affiliate Customer Program – for referring new Customers
You may participate in one or both programs if you meet the eligibility requirements.

Affiliate Contributor Program: You must be a registered and active Procoverstock Contributor with approved content.
Affiliate Customer Program: You must be a registered Procoverstock Customer or Contributor.
Affiliate Contributor Commission:
You earn 5% from each paid download of Graphic Designs created by the Contributor you referred, for up to three (3) years from their first sale.Affiliate Customer Commission:
You earn 10% of purchases made by the Customer you referred, for up to one (1) year from their first purchase.
Affiliate commissions are:

No payout request is required.
Yes. For Affiliate Customer commissions, Procoverstock may withhold payments for up to 90 days after the Customer’s first purchase to account for payment processor buyer protection policies (PayPal, Stripe).
Yes. Commissions may be withheld or canceled in cases of:
refunds or chargebacks
fraud or abuse
violation of Affiliate Program rules or Terms of Use

No. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership.
You receive a license to use the content according to the applicable license terms.
Yes. Procoverstock may update its Terms, Licenses, or Policies from time to time. Any changes become effective upon publication on the website.
Procoverstock takes copyright protection seriously. If valid infringement notices are submitted, we investigate and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

What is a Cover Design Series?
A Cover Design Series is a thematic collection of related cover designs offered as a single product on Procoverstock.
Each Series:
consists of 4, 5, 6 or more visually and stylistically consistent cover designs;
is created to support cohesive product lines (e.g. notebooks, planners, exercise books);
is assigned its own SKU and Product ID;
is licensed as one product under the Royalty-Free License.
While individual Cover Designs may also be part of a broader visual concept, a Series is curated and sold as a complete set. Purchasing a Series allows you to:
maintain consistent branding across multiple products;
save time on design selection;
benefit from series-level pricing, which is lower on a per-cover basis compared to individual purchases.
No. A Cover Design Series is licensed and delivered as a single, indivisible product. Individual designs within a Series are not sold separately.
Membership discounts apply to Series products in the same way as individual products.
In addition, Series include an extra series-level discount, which may further reduce the effective per-cover price.
Membership fees are not included in per-cover price calculations.
Yes. Once licensed, each design included in a Series may be used independently, provided that all uses comply with the terms of the applicable Royalty-Free License.
An SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is an optional internal reference code used by experienced Contributors to organize and track their products on Procoverstock.
On the Procoverstock platform, an SKU may be assigned by a Contributor to:
an individual Cover Design; or
a Cover Design Series (a product consisting of multiple related designs).
The SKU serves as an additional accounting and organizational attribute and does not replace Procoverstock’s Product ID or SKU generated by the platform.
No.
Using an SKU is optional and primarily intended for Contributors who upload a large number of products or manage multiple product lines.
For bulk uploads, Contributors may include their own SKUs as part of the product metadata to simplify internal tracking, reconciliation, and catalog management.
Before submitting products using Contributor-defined SKUs:
the SKU numbering range must be agreed in advance with Procoverstock Support;
the SKUs must be unique within the agreed range.
This helps prevent conflicts and ensures accurate processing of uploaded content.
Yes.
If a Contributor assigns SKUs, each product — including a Cover Design Series — should have its own unique SKU.
A detailed Bulk Upload Guide (including instructions for uploading individual products and Series using CSV or similar tools) is provided to Contributors upon request.
Please contact Procoverstock Support if you plan to submit content in bulk and require access to the bulk upload documentation.

Prices for Graphic Designs are determined by Procoverstock and may vary depending on:
product type
membership discounts
promotional campaigns
Contributors do not set or modify prices.
Net Sale Volume means the amount actually received by Procoverstock from the Customer after discounts, refunds, and chargebacks, if they occurred.
Your commission is 50% of the Net Sale Volume for each Graphic Design sold, provided that Procoverstock has received payment from the Customer.
If a Customer purchases content using a Membership discount:
the discounted amount paid by the Customer is used to calculate Net Sale Volume
your commission is calculated from that Net Sale Volume
No.
Payment processing fees related to Customer payments are borne by Procoverstock and are not deducted from Contributor earnings.
No.
Only refunds or chargebacks that actually occur may affect Net Sale Volume. No additional platform or processing fees are deducted from Contributor commissions.
Earnings are calculated monthly, based on completed and paid Customer transactions.
Payments are issued automatically on or around the 15th day of the following month, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
